Non-Refundable Items

  • Promotional or discounted products clearly marked as non-refundable.


Refund Process

3. Refund Approval or Rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Rejected claims will be accompanied by a clear explanation.


Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider without contacting our support team may result in:

  • Suspension or termination of your Dosti.com.pk account.

  • Legal action for fraudulent claims.
